About

My name is Temo K. Dolidze. I’m a design leader with over a decade of experience spanning UX, design systems, product design, and visual communication. Currently, I lead the Design Systems team at the largest fintech company in the Caucasus region, supporting 10+ active products that reach up to 4 million users. I built the design systems function and team from the ground up, creating foundational assets like a custom font, iconography, and illustration system, and embedding consistency, speed, and quality into the design process.

I initiated and led the creation of a company-wide UX Research & Strategy course, combining online learning with internal workshops around real products. This program launched our internal UX Lab and helped train over 40 professionals, many of whom now shape our human-centered design practice.

My work has earned recognition from company leadership, including a CEO Award for leading a complex design migration and modernizing a legacy product without disrupting the user base.

I’ve also unified 21+ product touchpoints into a single brand ecosystem, and previously held creative leadership roles in both editorial and gaming industries.
